STEM Prep Academy’s Nashville Newcomer Academy has caught the attention of Tennessee Education Commissioner Candice McQueen.
The school saw a planned visit from McQueen on Wednesday, just a few days after it received recognition at the Nashville Public Education Hall of Fame luncheon for its approach to teaching English language learner students.
