On any given day, 86,000 Nashville children will enter a public school that will help determine their future. They will learn from more than 10,000 teachers, principals and staff members, who will be a difference in whether our children succeed or fail.
Those 10,000 adults will take their cues from one director, whom the Nashville School Board is poised to hire this month.
And the rest of us need to speak up right now.
