Jennifer Hill

Vice President of Policy and Programming

Jennifer grew up in Knoxville and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with the B.A. degree from the University of Tennessee and an M.Ed in educational leadership from National-Louis University in Chicago.  Her work experience includes a stint as Director of Client Implementations with Asurion and a variety of roles, including Director of Talent and Performance Management at KIPP Nashville.  She also served as Program Director of the Ayers Institute for Teacher Learning and Innovation at Lipscomb University.  After managing the United Way of Metropolitan Nashville’s Education strategy and investment portfolio, Jennifer joined the Nashville Public Education Foundation in 2017 to direct their policy and programming initiatives.

Jennifer is a proud public school graduate and parent.  She is a past president of the Junior League of Nashville and has served on the boards of McNeilly Center for Children, Monroe Carrell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt, Nashville Children’s Theatre and CASA, Inc. Jennifer’s professional interests include organizational development and educational equity. She enjoys reading, cooking, hiking and exploring the world with her two children and their dogs.
