Principal Quality Supports

We worked with Metro Nashville Public Schools as a strategic thought partner on the Principal Quality Initiative to improve how the district selects and develops its school leaders.

Teacher Pay Study

We partnered with the Mayor's Office and Metro Nashville Public Schools to lead the study on teacher compensation that resulted in the Mayor's $49 million investment to increase teacher salaries.

We facilitate the Better Together partnership between Metro Schools and Nashville State Community College, which is home to 1 in 5 MNPS graduates, to ensure MNPS students are successful at Nashville State.
