Tech Goes Home

Tech Goes Home provides training and laptops to MNPS families to help decrease the digital divide and support parent engagement. This year, Tech Goes Home served over 100 MNPS families.

Principal Quality Supports

We facilitated work sessions with district leadership and principal supervisors over several months to help MNPS adopt a new leadership framework and improve school leadership capacity and effectiveness.

Teacher Leadership Institute

We provide funding and facilitation support to MNPS' Teacher Leadership Institute to build a cohort of educators equipped with the framework, relationships, and competencies to address educational inequities in their school environments.

We support Metro Nashville Public Schools by leading specific initiatives to extend capacity and advance shared goals.

Better Together

We serve as the project coordinator for the Better Together partnership between MNPS and Nashville State Community College to ensure every MNPS student can go to and be successful at Nashville State Community College.

To amplify the district's teacher recruitment efforts, we created a recruitment video and information website for prospective MNPS teachers.
