Moving the MNPS superintendent search forward through the mayor’s new task force is a good step for letting the community and potential candidates know that Nashville is ready for a new public schools leader.
Mayor Megan Barry and the Nashville School Board came to an agreement on creating this 17-member task force, and its work should be taken very seriously.
