Know a great teacher? Honor them with the Blue Ribbon Teacher Award! In a joint effort with Metro Schools, Nashville’s Agenda Steering Committee, and the Foundation, we’ve worked hard to create an easy way for MNPS parents, students, employees, and community stakeholders to honor remarkable teachers.
Now in its second year, The Blue Ribbon Teacher Award recognizes exceptional teachers for their hard work inside and outside the classroom. Nominees will be honored for their impressive data, strong relationships with students, and phenomenal leadership.
The Blue Ribbon Teacher program will recognize up to 50 teachers, who will then be rewarded with the Blue Ribbon Teacher Status and a $1,000 cash prize. Nominations close February 20th, 2015, so nominate someone today!
