Johari Matthews is the Vice President and Executive Director of Tennessee Titans Foundation and Community Impact with the Tennessee Titans. She was named one of Nashville’s Top 40 Under 40 by the Nashville Business Journal in 2020 and was recognized as a 2023 Model Behavior honoree by NFocus magazine. Johari is an alumna of Metro Nashville Public Schools and serves on various boards and committees for organizations including Corner to Corner, Nashville Public Radio, PENCIL, the YMCA of Middle TN’s HBCU Alliance, and The Community Foundation of Middle TN.

Tony Heard has served a fifteen-year tenure as a partner at InfoWorks, Inc., an employee-owned ESOP business consulting firm awarded “Best Places to Work” by Nashville Business Journal for the last thirteen years. With two decades of board service experience, he currently serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations serving Nashville’s community including the Nashville Public Education Foundation, United Way of Greater Nashville, and Ascension Saint Thomas Health where he is the board chair.
